Q] I cannot see the video when opening the AVI’s. I just get some weird screen effects.
A] We use Camtasia, the industry standard to make our videos. You will need the TechSmith video codec to view and maybe even to edit them. Click Here to visit TechSmith. The first download on the page is what you are looking for.

Q] How do I change my password to something besides the one issued to me?
A] Login using the username you chose and the password assigned to you. Then click on “Profile” (top left). Scroll down to bottom of profile page. You will see a place to enter a new password. Click “Update Profile”.

Q] I did not receive my password. What do I do?
A] You need to make sure you used a valid email first. Then please ckeck your SPAM box, sometimes good things get sent there - especially with Yahoo. If you still do not have it, go to this URL and enter your USERNAME or EMAIL: http://plrvideoshop.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword A new password will be emailed to you.
